Donations & Support

If you are interested in making a donation to support our work, please reach out to Ellie at ellie.armstrong[at]ucr.edu. Donations are tax deductible and can be made towards specific projects or for general lab costs.

Graduate Students

You can find general information about the EEOB graduate program at UC Riverside here. We are not currently accepting new graduate students in the lab for the 2026 year, but if you are interested in discussing future opportunities, please get in touch with Ellie at ellie.armstrong[at]ucr.edu and write ‘Graduate student inquiry’ in the email header and include your CV/resume and a brief outline of your research interests and background. In general, I will only review inquiries sent between September 1 and November 1 for the following year.

Postdoctoral Researchers

We do not have any postdoctoral positions available in the lab at this time, but if you are interested in developing a proposal for independent funding together, please reach out to Ellie directly. Please include your CV and a brief outline of your research interests and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

Undergraduate Students

We encourage undergraduates interested in joining the lab to reach out to us. We expect undergraduate students to commit to all laboratory activities (including lab meetings, trainings, etc.) and be available for at least 1 full year of research. We do note that most undergraduate projects in the lab will primarily involve informatics work, so some coding experience is recommended, but not required. Please reach out to Ellie with a CV and a brief description of your research interests to discuss further opportunities.
